Abstract: Strategies for integrating cultural sensitivity training into vocational curricula are essential for fostering inclusive learning environments and preparing students for diverse workplaces. This study investigates various approaches to incorporating cultural sensitivity training and their impact on vocational students. The objectives are: (1) to assess the benefits of cultural sensitivity training, (2) to evaluate the current state of integration in vocational curricula, and (3) to propose best practices for effective implementation. A survey research design is employed to gather data from students, educators, and industry professionals. The sample size includes 300 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on vocational institutions in Kaduna State, known for their cultural diversity. Findings indicated that cultural sensitivity training significantly improved students' interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and employability. However, challenges such as resistance to change and limited resources were noted. Recommendations included incorporating cultural sensitivity training into all vocational courses, providing professional development for educators, and promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.
